Sure, you get a cute dress at the end of the challenge. BUT, the most valuable takeaway is the wonderful feeling of accomplishment.
At the end of the challenge, you’re wearing your tailor made dress, whilst others cannot believe you found the time and motivation in your busy life. You’ll be smiling, because you feel WHOLE and COMPLETE. You’ve fed your creative soul and now have the energy for more.
